I have struggled with my weight loss efforts for as long as I can remember and am finally able to report that since I started walking to lose weight; I have lost 10 pounds. Of course that does not sound like a lot of excess pounds; however when you are like me and you feel like a yo-yo because the weight always comes back well this is a great accomplishment.

I do not take a bunch of diet pills anymore because they have never done anything for me. I do wake up everyday ready to go walking to lose weight and I do not care what anyone says about the method that I use to lose weight. I know that we all have to exercise to lose weight; regardless of what you think you will never get rid of your excess pounds just by watching television.
