Well anyone who takes the time to exercise on a daily basis wants to know the most effective weight loss methods that will help them achieve their goals. So what is the best time to walk to lose weight and keep it off? I have personally discovered that walking early in the morning before the rest of the family wakes up is the best time for me. One of the main reasons that this works for me; is because I am able to get my workout routine out of the way without worrying about my everyday activities getting in the way.
